CEO of Goody25.com A 90s Young entrepreneur who believe in Technology ,and through the media sharing platform , hope to help more young people to earn meaningfully , at the same time helping the small/medium businesses to connect together. Currently we had 12 core team members. As we always can hear about what Mr. Aaron said during meeting : "Money is always not the first priority" "We have to spend 80% of our time in creating value ,new technology, user experience, 20% for marketing" "3S - Simple & nice ; Speed & efficient ; Security & free" How I started this business with my team ? I started this business with one of my co-Founder ( Alex) on last year, when we started this business, we got limited fund , zero fan based , the most importantly we only got a simple website which created by an internship. Although now we had around 100k fan based and 10 mil page views / month, it's easy to get 1000 likes within a day, but in fact we're visited almost all colleges and shopping malls in Penang to get our FB Page first 200 likes in 2 weeks time. We're not IT programmers , we don't know about technology , but what we believe in technology, and it could bring more values to all youngsters, our all time mission is to build a system to help all youngsters earn meaning instead of how our business is going to make more money. Frankly speaking ,it's not easy to create a good website/application in Asia , because most of the Asian will never study about your product documentary before they start using it , just like Google, Facebook, Instagram. In our team, we got majority of 90s workers, so we don't like rules but we do closely to our goal.I set 3 main goal to our team and editors: Website User Experience = 3 S ( Simple , Speed , Security) Content User experience 3 Q (Quality of Title , Quality of Content , Quality of Cover Photo ) How Goody creating value in this Market? -- Helping 200++ young editors from (Malaysia , Taiwan , Singapore, Hong Kong) to enhance their income -- Helping up to 1000 quality small/medium businesses doing free promoting -- Shared up to 10,000 Fashion Articles and bring sales to Facebook boutique shop & Insta shop. |
